It helps to hold in moisture while softening and lubricating the skin. NOTE: A combination of poor harvests in Western Africa, particularly in Ghana and Ivory Coast, which collectively produce about 60% of the world's cocoa beans, along with subsequent disease outbreaks and socio-economic issues, has led to significant supply shortages and the highest prices in over 40 years.
